FSB Member December 2023

The promoter of the campaign is: National Federation of Self-Employed and Small Businesses Limited, Sir Frank Whittle Way, Blackpool Business Park, Blackpool FY4 2FE (“FSB”). 

Information on how to enter and prizes are contained in these Terms and Conditions.  If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you should not enter this campaign.

We will use your name and business details that are displayed on the relevant social media platform to identify you and confirm that you are a Member of FSB.  If you win, your details will also be included in the winner reveal comment on the related day’s campaign post.  

This campaign is sponsored by FSB only and no other person or organisation is responsible for, administers, sponsors or endorses it. 

• Entry into the Member December campaign is open to all fully paid-up Members of FSB during the period from 1 December 2023 to 19 December 2023 (the “Promotional Period”).
• Entry can be made by commenting on specific FSB posts on Facebook, X (formerly known as Twitter), LinkedIn and Instagram (the “Social Media platforms”) on the following links only:

• This campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, LinkedIn, and X.

• The relevant posts will have the hashtag “#FSBmemberDecember” during the Promotional Period.  Whilst other comments and responses can be made by an individual on any FSB Social Media platforms, only Members will be entered into the campaign draw.

• We would ask that you follow the guidelines and/or rules of the individual social media platforms and do not use any profanity or inflammatory language within your posts.
• Only one prize (or selection of prizes where stated) per Member will be given during the Promotional Period, although individuals are encouraged to comment as often as possible.
• One prize (or selection of prizes where stated) will be allocated to each winner that meets the criteria set out in the terms and conditions for entry.
• The winning Member will be promoted on our FSB social media platforms the day after winning throughout the Promotional Period.
• Each day, a winner will be selected at random* from the number of participants who are FSB Members and who have completed the registration form and commented on the FSB posts with “#FSBmemberDecember” on the Social Media Platforms.
• The campaign starts at 10:00am on the posting day and closes at 09:59am the following day during the Promotional Period. The first valid entry selected will be the winner each day. Any posts made before 10:00am or after 09:59am will not be included in the prize draw.
• Selection for the previous day’s winner will take place at 10am during the Promotional Period.   
• The winner will be notified and their name and business (if available) will be posted in the comments section of the related campaign post across all for social channels.  Where possible, winners will be notified by email or direct message or telephone contact.
• The Winner will receive their prize within 30 days after notification on the Member Spotlight and it will be sent to the address we hold for the Member.  It is your responsibility to ensure that you address is correct on your FSB Membership. 
• The delivery of the prize will, subject to any postal strikes, be made within 30 days of winning and FSB cannot accept responsibility or liability for any late delivery or loss or any incorrect information provided by you on your FSB Membership.
• No cash alternative prize is available.
• In the event of any dispute, the FSB’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The FSB reserves the right to cancel the free prize draw at any stage, if deemed necessary in our opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of our control. We shall not be liable if therefore, as an entrant, if you suffer any loss or damage by entering the prize draw.
• FSB reserves the right to amend these rules at any time and our decision on all matters relating to the prize draw is final.
• The winner is advised to check and is responsible for identifying and settling any tax liabilities for which they may become liable as a result of accepting the prize.
• FSB complies with current UK data protection legislation, please refer to our privacy policy at www.fsb.org.uk/privacy for details on how we gather, use, disclose and manage your data.
• Any personal data provided to enter the prize draw will be retained no longer than is necessary to fulfil our obligations in conducting the prize draw in accordance with ASA guidelines.

*Random selection will be by automatic random number generation tools from all those commenting on the #FSBmemberDecember posts but will be subject to checks to ensure that they are current FSB Members.
