We will hear from Dave Culley on Carbon – Why should you care?

This short introduction to Carbon is aimed at the SME community, helping them to understand some of the Jargon used, what impact sustainability is having for SMEs and

why the time is right to start thinking about Carbon Emissions. Whether you are a micro business, solopreneur or a small business with big ambitions, you are sure to leave this session with a clear understanding of what you need to know.

Dave has worked in the sustainability space for a number of years, starting with large corporates where sustainability data has been a legal requirement for some time. Dave learned a lot from working with FTSE100 companies such as Kraft Heinz and Coca Cola and is now bringing that thought leadership down to the SME world, and helping the small business community to understand what Carbon is, why it is important and what they can do about it. Dave helps SME’s to produce Carbon Footprint Reports and Decarbonisation Strategies that are BSI Verified and often can find ways for Carbon Reporting to be self-funding through Cost and Procurement Streamlining.
