I recently joined FSB. A few days later, I received a welcoming phone call and the opportunity to book a further call with one of their advisors to learn more about the benefits FSB offers its members. After an hour working through the different areas of the website, I was surprised at the extent of resources available. Definately worth an hour of my time...thank you Morgan!

I have recently joined the FSB and I have been so impressed with the amount of support on offer

I have recently joined the FSB and I have been so impressed with the amount of support on offer. Vaseem was a great help in explaining to me the different support available to businesses by the FSB and the ways in which it can help my business.

Furthermore I am looking forward to attending some of the networking events that they are hosting

A great organisation!

As a small business, I have seen the amount of information and help available through the FSB.

I have just recently attended a bootcamp where I was able to listen to some excellent speakers, talk to exhibitors and meet other business owners.

It was a great day.

Legal Matters

I had a question I needed answered with regards to a legal matter. Very shortly after ringing the FSB I got a return phone call from a young man called Francis. He was amazing. He explained everything so well, took his time with me and was such a gentleman. He also sent me a link with regards to the matter we were talking about so I could get even more help. I would be a member of the FSB for this service alone! Gloria

A great FSB event celebrating it's 50th anniversary.

I did not know what to expect from this FSB event. It was worth the journey. The event was action packed from start to finish with a variety of speakers speaking on topics that impact businesses. There were nuggets for all business types to take away. The venue was easy to find and everything was well organised. A day well-spent with the
opportunity to also network with like-minded people. (Tutoristic)

The FSB bootcamp in Croydon

The FSB bootcamp in Croydon was amazing. The venue was superb. Food was great, staff were so helpful. They kept supplies topped up throughout the day. There were some fantastic speakers and exhibitors. And it was so well attended. Can't wait for the next one!

Great welcome experience

Great welcome experience. I signed up online and very quickly got contact from the fsb central team arranging a call. On the call Mark talked me through all the different benefits of membership, there were many I had glanced over and not fully understand - absolutely a valuable hour spent and I'm really impressed with how much is included in my membership - will review again in the future once I've taken advantage of some of these!

Attending the FSB Business Bootcamp at…

Attending the FSB Business Bootcamp at TBXH @ Sunley House was an invigorating experience! The stylishly designed space provided the perfect backdrop for a day dedicated to empowering small business owners.

From insightful sessions to invaluable networking opportunities, every moment was tailored to support and inspire growth.

The practical skills acquired and the connections made are sure to propel my business forward. Plus, the complimentary lunch was a delightful bonus!

Hopefully looking forward to repeat of this amazing event. I highly recommend this event to entrepreneurs and small business owners looking to develop and grow their businesses.

FSB Business Bootcamp

We had a stand at the FSB Business Bootcamp and it was a great way for us to connect with our target market and showcase what Grow London Local does and how we can support small and micro businesses and the self-employed!

Learning, support, and inspiration

The FSB is a great source of learning, support, and inspiration. As I work solo from home and have little background in business, the well-organised and friendly networking meetings are hugely helpful. There is also a wealth of free resources on the FSB site on running a business, and members of FSB are generous in sharing their expertise and advice. I've also benefitted from training sessions on how to set up a business, eg. accounts, marketing, and working with clients. Other benefits far exceed the membership price, such as healthcare services, insurance, and advocacy for small businesses.

I wholeheartedly recommend joining!

Fantastic service!

I am not sure what I was expecting from the FSB but I was hoping that I would get some help in understanding the business world when starting up my own small business.
The welcome service *I have received was fantastic. I received a phone call initially that explained what the FSB did and I quickly realised that the FSB would be a very useful resource for me, so I signed up here and then.
All actions were followed up and received another meeting invite to walk me through the FSB platform which was truly informative and Morgan Lamoureux was brilliant, down to earth, chatty and responsive to my queries. Again all actions from the call were completed as soon as we were off the call!
The platform is extremely well prese3tned and easy to navigate and there are a plethora of useful resources, webinars and meetings to join.
I am very grateful that the Facebook advert popped up for me and I requested further information!

Just spoke with Derek

Just spoke with Derek, what an amazing guy, he spoke about all the benefits fsb has to offer, we are opening our first kiosk in a shopping mall and will be employing staff within the next few months, the benefits of fsb are great and the yearly subscription is a fraction of Croner with whom I've have just recently had a meeting with. Thank you Derek.

Legal reassurance and support

Having been a member for a few years now, we recently had the misfortune to need their debt recovery template. It's a simple letter template backed by the legal team and is always up to date. For the small effort and time spent editing to our needs, it was a no brainer and we actually got the debt paid the very next day!

In fact all the forms, employment contracts and such are thoroughly worth the membership as most of us cannot afford private law firms. It's reassuring knowing the FSB legal team have your back and are always prompt and easy to deal with on the phone.

Expert advice

Martin was expert at helping to navigate the full suite of FSB resources and info'. It's a truly supportive community and invaluable source of information that cuts through the endless internet searches for answers. FSB is Wonderful

During a long conversation today, Justin was absolutely brilliant. He led me through all the information that will be useful to me, and he gave some thought to missing out what is irrelevant.
