Email Marketing
Like many businesses, we use Email Marketing tools to distribute relevant content to those with whom we enter into a relationship who have not objected to it, or those who choose to receive those messages.
It has been common practice for many years for such Email Marketing Tools to track message delivery, opens, link clicks and forwarding, and is a valuable indicator on engagement with our messages. The technologies involved are such, that many may not even realise such tracking occurs, and hence this disclosure.
FSB actively monitor our outbound email marketing communications for delivery status, email opens, email forwards, clicking of links and acting upon unsubscribe requests.
