Marc O'Hagan - Director, P3od

Marc is experienced at leading business improvement across the private sector, local government and NHS health trusts. His expertise includes leading business process improvement, developing staff performance and designing workplace training. He is currently working on developing local government strategy, delivering a management qualifications to the NHS and providing coaching and mentoring to small businesses.
