Whether you're looking to find new clients, explore partnership opportunities, or simply meet like-minded individuals, this event is one not to miss.

Our speaker this month will be Ian M Travers, founder of ThinkingitBetter

The title of Ian's presentation is: Might we be getting in our own way?  Why what we think matters.

We know that our thinking at an individual, team or organisational level trumps any other influence on performance.

Whether working with an individual, or a whole company culture-change program – Thinking it better helps to realise the potential of you or your team.

Ian started out as an engineer - enjoying 17 years in the aerospace industry, working his way to executive roles in operations and programme management.  His 10 years a special police officer and self-defence instructor, fuelled his passion for getting the best from people. His career also took him to work for a number of smaller manufacturing businesses and it was after spending his second time back in aerospace, that he founded ThinkingitBetter.

Over the years, Ian has been a qualified self defence instructor, running coach, and latterly a certified behavioural analyst. His passion is helping people realise their desired futures.  Ian has worked as a mindset coach and mentor with a wide range of individuals: industry leaders, drivers in motorsport, entrepreneurs and many more, to help them unlock their own potential.

In addition to the valuable networking opportunities, we'll also have teas and coffees, savoury and sweet nibbles.

You will be hosted by Debbie Porter, FSB volunteer and founder of Destination Digital and our speaker this month will be announced soon. Free parking is available at the venue.

This event is supported by the Peak District National Park.

Please note, we will need to let the venue know of any dietary requirements one week prior to the event and therefore cannot guarantee any dietary requirements after that time.
