Join us for business networking at the Friday Street Farm in Langney, Eastbourne.

You will have the opportunity to meet with other local small businesses, collaborate, promote your services and support each other whilst enjoying a continental breakfast.

Members and non-members are welcome. Tickets are £8 and include a continental breakfast with baked goods/pastries, croissants, orange juice, tea & coffee.

We are delighted that Alan Jackson will be our speaker for this event, and will share his top tips on public speaking. Alan Jackson is a highly experienced speaker with over 1,800 hours of formal public speaking engagements spanning 26 years. Alan has presented to a variety of audiences, including firms of financial advisers, clients, business networking environments, colleagues and prospective clients, often in high-pressure sales situations. These presentations have been delivered to audiences ranging from 50 to 350 attendees.

Speaking in a public setting is not for everyone. However, when the speaker is motivated by sound objectives, a strong message and good quality, well prepared material, personal fears in this skills area can be overcome. In this session Alan covers 10 key points which can help turn a much-feared area of expertise into a new and exciting route to getting your message across.
