Work in engineering, manufacturing or transport? Then join our sector specific networking group and grow your contacts

Event details

You are invited to join our monthly sector specific engineering, manufacturing and transport businesses to discuss issues relating to those sectors. This group is designed to help you to develop specialist contacts in your area of industry and focusses on topics suggested by the group and feeds intelligence from those sectors back to FSB’s Policy Team. We meet on the third Wednesday of every month for 75 minutes.

This networking group is aimed at businesses who are in, or work directly with, the engineering, manufacturing and transport industries. Due to the very specific nature of this group we ask business owners from other sectors to join our more general networking events instead.

Adam Payne from New Way Growth will be talking about the impact of AI on manufacturing.
These meetings are chaired by Charles Hansard from Westford Services Ltd, the UK Distributor for Micfil Ultra Fine Filters for fuel and oils.
Following 12 years service in the Army, an Environmental BSc, an ACCA Diploma and then a further 15+ years working for both start ups and blue chip companies in the technology, energy & environment sectors. Today Charles' work is focused on his own company.

These monthly meetings are hosted by Ruth Lambert, Development Manager for Somerset and Wiltshire

Whether you are new to networking or looking for something more related to your work, both FSB members and non-members are welcome.
