Natalie spearheads initiatives to drive growth and enhance the bank’s market presence. With over 16 years’ experience in the financial services industry, she has a track record in building strategic partnerships, cultivating client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Natalie leads a team of Business Development Managers who are highly experienced in assessing underlying business cases and strategies of customers, working closely with our specialist sector relationship managers who provide insights and specifics for a range of sectors including leisure, trading, real estate, healthcare, professional services, and manufacturing. This combined expertise means they can identify and structure the most suitable financial solutions for your customers, helping both their businesses and your business grow. 

Alistair Wood - Regional Director for the North of England, Scotland and Northern Ireland for Tyl by NatWest

Alistair runs a team of 12 highly experienced Business Development Managers across the Region with a focus on making customers’ payment facilities simpler to use and more cost effective.  Alistair’s team also work closely with the Bank in their local markets to ensure a broad range of solutions are available when required.  Tyl follows the NatWest’s aspirations to help people, families and businesses thrive by always being there.

Gail Partridge - Business Performance Coach and Leadership Expert, PGZ Consulting Ltd

Gail helps busy leaders who are struggling with the many complex relationships in today’ s business environment.  She does this by tapping into the emotional side of leadership that helps to realise the potential of their UNIQUE authenticity to drive optimum performance. She does this through using straightforward, straight-talking leadership and coaching programmes and stays right by your side until you don’t need her anymore.

Andrew Morrison - Managing Director, Business Sale Basecamp

Business Sale Basecamp is a new consultancy which specialises in helping company owners prepare their businesses and themselves practically, mentally and emotionally for a business sale. Andrew set up AM Bid in 2014 with a plan to sell within 8-10 years. He successfully scaled the business to be Scotland’s largest bid, tender and proposal specialists – a business with clients across the UK, profitable every year, with turnover of £1.2m, all achieved with no investment, borrowing or bad debt. In 2022, Andrew was named by the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) as the industry’s Global Thought Leader of the Year. In 2018, he received the Institute of Directors Scotland Emerging Director of the Year of Award.
