Jason Flinter

Jason Flinter

“Brand-Grenades” - Branding basics that will blow you mind.

Bristol’s highly respected and experienced branding guru, Jason has been building ‘Big Brands for Small Businesses’ since 1996 helping clients clearly differentiate themselves from their competitors by uniquely positioning them in their market. His many years in the branding game has now culminated in the publishing of his first book, 'From Bland to Brand' which he says is “available at all good Amazon websites”! He is often engaged as a Keynote speaker at events focussed on supporting entrepreneurs, start-ups and SMEs who often misunderstand how crucial a brand strategy is to the future growth of their venture.

Concerning his Gloucestershire Bootcamp talk he says: “We all sort of know what branding is, so why do businesses make the same mistakes, time and time again? What’s even more interesting, is the human, psychological and fearful reasons behind these ‘easy to remedy’ actions. They might sound obvious and easy things to pin down but the top five ‘IED’s to bury your brand are Strategy, Consistency, Digital Presence, Storytelling and Pricing! How to detect these mines and stop them detonating is actually quite easy. You’ll see how to build a brand in 12 months, not the standard 5 year battle!

Packed with useful tips and insights, the quiz will help you identify areas for improvement and provide actionable steps to enhance your digital security. Join us for an energetic and informative session that ensures your business is ready to springboard to growth - securely and confidently.”

Pete The Speaker

Pete The Speaker

“How to Pitch Anything to Anyone”

Peter the Speaker first began delivering technical skills training for West Mercia Police and Council staff in 2007.  He later established himself as a stand-up comedian with his own regular show at the Palace Theatre in Redditch.  In 2018, he won investment in Dragons’ Den for his pet product inventions. A year later he was awarded the title “North Worcestershire Entrepreneur of the Year”.  In 2021 he became the “Entrepreneur in Residence at the Library of Birmingham” and tours the country delivering highly engaging, interactive training workshops for businesses. Combining unique lecture content, practical team activities and skills training, his sessions are a highly engaging immersive experience which many of his audience have described as changing the course of their business journeys.

Of his Gloucestershire talk he says: “Delivering the perfect pitch isn’t just about confidence and passion, it’s about preparation and structure. From the outspoken and extrovert to the super-shy, I’ve trained hundreds of people, to present their ideas and win over an audience. In fifteen minutes, I’ll teach you the four-step structure I used to secure investment in Dragons’ Den and show you how you can use it to pitch any product, service or business to anyone. To prove my method truly works, I’ll invite the audience to nominate random products and services you’d like me to pitch – which I’ll do live, on stage, with no rehearsal time. Using this method, your pitch will sound credible, professional and flow beautifully.”
