Our speakers:
Using emotion in your copywriting to win hearts and close deals

Think marketing your business just involves talking about your business? Think again.

Think your audience makes purchasing decisions based on logic? Think again (again).

According to Harvard Professor Gerald Zaltman, 95% of our purchasing decision is driven by emotion. To truly sell to your audience, your copy shouldn’t just speak about your business, it should speak to their feelings.

Learn how to tap into empathy and emotion to write copy that doesn’t just inform, but makes your audience feel like they simply must have what you’re offering.

Amaia Wilson Frade is a copywriter and translator who helps grow brands by putting human connection, feeling, and stories into the way they sell their services and products.

Being Your Best Self: Simple Strategies for Wellbeing and Success

Achieving true wellbeing goes beyond feeling good—it’s about personal development and self-awareness.  Understanding why you have great days and why some days are tougher is the key to turning more of those great days into a consistent reality.

As business owners, employers, or employees, feeling great every day is a goal, but it requires intentional self-awareness. Becky Davis from Fantastic People, an expert in enhancing wellbeing, works with successful individuals and organisations to help them elevate their performance both personally and professionally.

Over the past few years, she has created a thoughtfully designed programme that offers the knowledge, tools, and practices needed to create lasting change, feel lighter, happier, and make decisions with ease.   During this talk Becky will be sharing and demonstrating some of those insights to really help you understand what it takes to have great wellbeing, and how to use those insights for wellbeing that drives true success and contentment.

How to Use Active Marketing to Attract More Customers

Experts suggest that it takes at least seven touchpoints for a customer to commit to a purchase. But how can we create these touchpoints effectively?

In this presentation, you'll discover how to harness the power of Active Marketing to build these crucial connections. You don’t need to be a marketing expert — all you need is yourself and the willingness to take action!

Sarah will teach you how to take control of your business and attract more customers by guiding your potential customers on a journey through your brand. Whether you're a small business owner or just starting out, this presentation will give you the tools and knowledge you need to succeed.

Based in the New Forest, Sarah Lawrence is a marketing professional with years of experience helping small businesses to grow their brands and attract more customers. She has run her own marketing agency for over 5 years supporting small businesses throughout the UK.
