Interviewing. The why, the how, the magic

What has the skill of interviewing someone got to do with running a business?

How can learning how to interview someone change up your approach to services, clients and business challenges?

Tech entrepreneur, business mentor and radio presenter Natalie Haigh talks about what she learnt through interviewing people and how this has completely changed the way she does business.

Being a great interviewer isn’t about what you think it is. We assume that being able to talk and asking the right questions is the key. Listening in a specific way and paying attention is the secret sauce.  However, it isn’t as easy as it looks and it takes practice. Once you’ve mastered the skill though, the gifts are endless.

There will be an opportunity for interaction in this session and two volunteers as interviewees are needed for the live demonstration.

Interviewing. It’s the new business skill that you didn’t know you needed. Once you’ve mastered AI, this is the magic technique that will set you aside from other business owners.
