Ever wondered why some teams outperform others? The secret lies in psychological safety—a key ingredient for success identified by Google's Aristotle Project.

Psychological safety fosters an environment where everyone feels safe to speak up, share ideas, and take risks without fear of judgement. This leads to more innovation, better collaboration, and higher productivity.

Join this talk to discover practical strategies for building trust, encouraging open communication, and creating a culture where everyone thrives.

Leveraging your growth mindset

Are you the sort of person that says “I’m just not good at marketing?”  or “IT isn’t for me”?  We’ve all been there.  When running a business in particular, you’re forced to wear many different hats and there will be some you naturally feel comfortable wearing whereas others just fill you with dread.  This is what’s been termed a ‘fixed mindset’ and in this engaging and interactive talk, we’ll look at how to flip that, and turn it into a ‘growth mindset’, essential for all small business owners.  Learn a very simple technique for giving yourself more confidence when stepping out of your comfort zone.
