Why Do Some Businesses Command Premium Prices While Others Compete on Cost?

Are you tired of competing solely on price, watching your margins shrink as you struggle to match the lowest bidder? Many SMEs find themselves trapped in just such a position, believing that cutting prices is the only way to win customers. But what if there was a better way?

Justin Neale from Innovate CX will show how crafting an exceptional customer experience can be your secret weapon in competing on value, not just price. We will cover some of the psychology behind pricing strategies and look at practical ways to build a unique value proposition that attracts high-value clients, and boosts your profitability.
