These events are held on the second and fourth Friday of every month and are open to all. We will be using breakout rooms to allow us to network in small groups and to grow our contacts and connections in an informal and relaxed way.    

This month's talk: How to build great team.

We will be hearing from our guest speaker Sam Sutton, Co-Founder of New Forest Activities about the core foundations on which high performing teams are based and how to create one in your business. With teams working more and more hybrid, changing work patterns and a demanding workforce, leadership can be a real challenge. However, there are a proven set of steps you can take which not only increase people’s productivity, but also support their wellbeing too. In this short session Sam will share some ideas to get you thinking and some quick wins too.  

These events are targeted at people from small businesses across Hampshire, Dorset and the Isle of Wight, but open to anyone looking to grow their contacts whether they be FSB members or not.
