Are you self employed and working in the health, fitness and wellbeing industry in Scotland? Gym owners, yoga & pilates teachers, wellness coaches, holistic therapists - this one is for you.

Come along to our offices in Glasgow city centre to enjoy a morning of networking with other small businesses working in the health, fitness and wellbeing industry across Glasgow and beyond. There will also be an opportunity to share your views on the key issues for your business/sector with the FSB Scotland team and inform our lobbying work with government.

It's free to attend and open to FSB members and non-members. New FSB members are especially welcome. Tea and coffee will be available on arrival.

This event will be hosted by Alex Fraser, founder of Unite Fitness, Glasgow.

Her mission is to empower people to make time for movement. Unite Fitness in Glasgow offers a variety of workout options including Strength Training, HIIT workouts, Animal Flow and Aerial Yoga. The facility features modern equipment and certified trainers who provide personalised coaching and nutrition advice. Emphasising community, it fosters a supportive environment with group classes and activities. Running her own business and training people at Unite Fitness since 2018, Alex believes that with a compassionate approach, we can create harmony between our busy lives and well-being.

We look forward to seeing you at the meeting.
