Welcome to our national health, wellbeing and personal development for small businesses event, happening on the third Wednesday of the month.

When you’re busy running your own small business, it’s important to take the time to look after your mental, physical and financial wellbeing. Join us for insightful presentations from wellbeing experts who will share practical tips and advice. You’ll also have the chance to connect and network with fellow small business owners. 

This month's theme will be 'Thriving in Business and Life: A Year of Wellbeing, Growth, and Practical Solutions'

Meet your speakers:
Former Royal Marines Commando and now Mental Performance Psychologist, Chris Hunt is obsessed with the mind and helping the people he cares about with their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Chris loves all things "The mental game" and is excited to share with you some awesome Tools and strategies that are helping people maybe just like you manage and master their minds.

David Corbishley is a Business and Personal Coach who primarily works with SMES, as well as men going through transition phases in life.

He is also the co-founder and Director of Coaching for HumanettIQ, a school based project teaching which equips young people with the tools to navigate the journey in to adult hood through self-defence, mindfulness, meditation and mindset coaching.

In his spare time he works with local charities running fitness and wellbeing sessions for people with physical and mental health issues.

Emma Saccomani is a Workplace Mental Health and Wellbeing Facilitator and Speaker.

With an L&D background and 23 years in the corporate world, alongside her mental health charity volunteer and lived experience, she promotes practical strategies so we understand our role responsibilities and boundaries and can contribute and thrive not in spite our challenges but because of them.

Alison has 30 years experience in public relations and management as a practitioner, academic and author.

Through Alison's coaching and training business, The Spark, she worked with small businesses and sole traders to make sure that their businesses were the best they could be.

She now runs Live Life For Me with her colleague, Anne Hope, which provides courses and resources for women planning for a great menopause. They enable women to make powerful choices and discover their true selves. They also have resources for men and organisations to help them understand the process and support their family and employees.
 

Bayo Igoh is a Business Coach and mentor of BigohCoaching.

As a coach, Bayo has worked with a cross section of senior managers and executives in voluntary, public and private sectors. He has a demonstrable track record working with entrepreneurs, start-ups and SMEs.

As a champion for personal growth and development, Anna offers powerful insights through her coaching and mentoring sessions, workshops, and speaking engagements. Her mission is to foster a community of emotionally intelligent, mentally strong individuals who thrive in both their professional and personal lives.
