Hosts

Simona Marr FSB Regional Development Manager - East of England and Southeast
She provides high-level member support and lobbying in both regions of FSB. This involves speaking to business owners about their challenges and the wide range of benefits they can access through membership. She is passionate about supporting small businesses and raises the profile of FSB in a variety of regional political forums. Simona reports to a local board of elected members to deliver regional activity and events in line with national objectives.

Debbie Tilley Award Strategist and Writer, FSB Member.

Debbie Tilley launched her award writing business in 2022 to combine her eclectic experience in big firm accountancy, English language teaching and content writing. Now, at full potential, she helps purpose-led entrepreneurs win business awards and skyrocket businesses to greater awareness, greater success and greater IMPACT. Debbie possesses vast experience in simplifying language that resonates and connects effectively with her intended audiences. 

With her wealth of experience, Debbie will share the key things an awards application need. This will act as a catalyst for all to apply for the upcoming awards.
