Grow your business network from the comfort of your own desk and bring your favourite mug. We always start with a drink and expert guest speaker, followed by small breakout rooms. This month's topic: Customer Experience - it’s the small things that make a big difference.

Event details

Hosted by FSB Area Lead, Rachel Kay, with a guest speaker, you will get the chance to network with and promote your business to the other attendees in small breakout rooms.

Customer Experience (CX) is not the wow moments, it’s the small things that make a big difference

Our current business world is bringing some fantastic marketing opportunities, and Customer Experience is always at the heart of everything.

Guest speaker: Anne Williamson of Customer Love will help you improve the customer experience in your business.

We will look at 3 ways you could be turning customers away

  • Unclear communication
  • Poor website experience
  • Lack of customer involvement

You will learn with practical steps from the real life good and bad examples, seeing how the smallest of tweaks can have the biggest impact.

At the end of the presentation there will be an opportunity for a short Q&A.

Held on the fourth Wednesday of each month, this meeting is open to all businesses, both FSB members and non-members are welcome to attend, so feel free to share with your networks.

Places at this event are limited so register early to avoid disappointment!
