In November 2023, it was confirmed that Greater Lincolnshire is set to strike a Devolution deal which will result in more money for the county, better targeting of needs and new localised powers through an elected Mayor. While this is all great news, feedback suggests that county businesses are not feeling informed on what this will really mean for them, their employees and their families. To address this, FSB Lincolnshire has created this special edition webinar to help you get to grips with devolution.

Join this free webinar to hear from representatives from Lincolnshire’s three upper tier Authorities – Lincolnshire County Council, North Lincolnshire Council and North East Lincolnshire Council – who are the bodies responsible for putting together the best possible deal for Greater Lincolnshire. You will get a thorough briefing on the plan, how devolution will be different from our current status and the timescales for change from the people making it happen. There will be the chance to put questions to the panel too.

At the end of the webinar, you will be directed to the consultation which seeks your views on key areas from roads and transport to business support and funding. This is only open until 29 January 2024, so it is important that once you’ve attended the webinar and feel more informed that you have your say at this critical stage.
