Speaker Information

At this event we are excited to be welcoming Mark J Kassab from MJK Fire Ltd as our guest speaker.

Mark is a proven leader, commander and coach, with over 30 years of experience in the Fire & Rescue Service and the private sector.

At this session he will talk about ‘Performing Under Fire’, discussing leadership, Volatility Uncertainty Complexity Ambiguity and Mindset Performance, highlighting your awareness of the greatest risks to your organisation by doing the fundamentals extraordinarily well.

We make over 20,000 decisions a day whilst facing uncertainty, particularly in the business environment, with risks and threats highly impacting people and organisations.

Whether it be conflict at work, managing customer relationships, chairing difficult meetings, suddenly taking charge of an emergency or facing a major business interruption or restructure, pressure in life is a certainty and how we respond makes the difference in any situation.
