Grace Smith lost 156lbs in 12 months which changed her life, became a Personal Trainer, founded Forge Female Fitness in 2016 and has since won Best Female Coach twice, and recently won Gym of the Year Northern Ireland 2024. The studio has now grown to a team of four, specialising in women's health and wellbeing, coaching hundreds of clients in our custom built private studio in Ballymoney, and online in our Forging Female Fitness online programme, with an incredible reputation for award winning coaching, life changing transformations, and a community of women who feel empowered and unstoppable.
Founder Grace now specialises in Corporate Wellness, helping transform the lives of employees through building specialist healthy living programmes for some of the UK's top IT and Construction industry firms, along with motivational speaking.
