Join FSB Essex for our friendly and informal in-person networking aimed at small business owners.

Meet with like-minded entrepreneurs, self-employed people and small business owners at the innovative venue of ARU’s Arise Innovation Hub in Harlow.

Network, collaborate, promote your services and support each other at our monthly small business networking, which is open to FSB members and non-members.

We'll also have a quick deep-dive into some mindfulness techniques that improve focus and productivity for business owners and their teams from our guest speaker, George Athanasiou.

You can expect:

  • Tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival at 09.30am where you will have the opportunity to network freely with others in the room
  • Round-robin of all attendees and FSB update from 10am until 11am
  • Short coffee break
  • Workshop from George Athanasiou: 'Breathe In, Boss Out: Mastering Mindfulness in Business' from 11.15am to 11.45pm, (includes Q and A session)
  • The opportunity to network freely with others in the room from 11.45am until 12.30pm

In this workshop you will learn quick exercises for managing stress, cultivating a positive mindset and creating a workplace where everyone feels valued.

Tickets for this event are £7 for FSB Members and £9 for Non-Members and include tea, coffee and biscuits. Due to limited numbers only one ticket per email address can be booked for this event. There is free parking available on site. Please enter your car registration number into the computer at reception to claim your free parking.
