Meet other businesses and expand your network at our next virtual South East FSB Connect Event

Event details

In the first week of each month we bring you free-to-attend virtual networking for businesses in and around the South East of England.

As its Stress Awareness Day on 6 November, we will hear from Dr Rebecca Williams on A Proactive Approach To Stress: A stress self-check-in tool

Do you recognise when you are stressed? Do the actions you take help you or make things worse? Dr Rebecca Williams will talk about the stress self-check-in tool she has created to help people check in on themselves and make healthy changes to reduce the impact of stress. There will be an opportunity for personal reflection and she will also share a variety of tools to help you manage stress and anxiety.

This is your opportunity to meet with other entrepreneurs, self-employed people and small business owners, to continue to network, collaborate and support each other.

We will meet virtually for about an hour where we will network and share tips and updates. Attendees will each be given time to introduce themselves in a supportive, unpressured environment.
