Speaker Information
We are thrilled to be able to welcome Nicola Ankin, from Inexclusion, as our guest speaker at this event.
Inexclusion works with organisations and businesses, to empower and equip them to become disability inclusive.
Nicola will be speaking about 'The Benefits of an Inclusive Approach for Small Businesses'.
She will detail the benefits of disability inclusion and how an inclusive approach can boost customer loyalty and expanding market reach, as well as build confidence in providing excellent customer services that meet diverse needs.
