Andrew has a decade of experience from working and managing the Tax advice line and possesses extensive knowledge across all forms of direct Tax. Before joining Markel, he spent 26 years at HMRC, contributing to several departments such as debt management, PAYE enquiries, and the IR35 team.
Paul Wilson - Policy Director, Federation of Small Businesses
Paul Wilson is the Policy Director at FSB where his team aims to provide a voice for the UK’s 5.5 million small businesses and the self-employed. Paul’s team publishes regular reports on a range of topics that affect small businesses, including FSB’s quarterly confidence report – the Small Business Index. Other recent research topics have included tax, finance, and energy. Prior to joining FSB, Paul was a director at the Law Society.
