Come along to the September session of our bi-monthly national online networking for women in business and make connections from across the UK. We will be using breakout rooms to allow us to network in small groups and to grow our contacts and connections in an informal and relaxed way.
These female focused events are a great option for those new to networking and looking for a friendly place to start, but also great for those with more networking experience who would like to grow their contacts within a community of inspiring business women.
Our guest speaker will be Aly Young from Aly Young Law. Aly will be speaking on 'Protecting your brand legally – how to identify the intellectual property that sits within your business, protect its value and avoid common pitfalls.'
Aly is a solicitor with more than 25 years’ experience working with businesses, the last 10 years of which she was in-house General Counsel in Plc’s. In 2022 Aly set up her own law firm, specialising in shareholder and partnership agreements and buying and selling businesses - helping owners put the right framework in place to grow their business and ensuring that they get the most value when they exit.
