Lancaster Castle had England’s largest witch trial, we look to honour these women for International Women’s Day.

The Wise Woman Way is a modern approach to healing, with its roots in the ways of our grandmothers. It is fundamentally a different way of approaching health - with different power dynamics and a kinder way of treating the body as a whole.
