Helen Pethybridge is MD of Chiltern Coaching Ltd based in High Wycombe. Over the past 9 years she has been coaching local business owners to make more profits, build stronger teams and regain control of their time, supporting businesses from launch to sale. With almost 25 years in multi-national bluechip HR Director roles, she is an experienced presenter and trainer, with her trademark style of high energy, strong participation and a focus on landing the learning.
