Your Business, Your Terms - Creating the business you want - York & North Yorkshire

Is lack of finance stopping your business grow? Don't know where to turn for business support? Feeling isolated as a business owner or female founder? This event will help you. No business is too small to attend, and whether you are starting out or a seasoned business owner there will be help available on the day in a friendly and informal supportive atmosphere.

The Alison Rose report recognises that there are specific barriers to women in enterprise, and we want to remove those for local businesses in York & North Yorkshire. This event will help local businesses bust the myths of access to finance, find new avenues of support for your business, and meet with a likeminded network of other local businesses, unlocking your potential for resilience or growth.

The format will be a mix of business expo with providers to approach, quick fire presentations, a panel of experts so plenty of opportunities to get your questions answered.

Speakers will include experts in access to finance, a panel of business experts to answer your questions, and local key providers of business support. You will have chance to discuss your needs 1-2-1 and in group discussion during the event, which will finish with a networking lunch.

Please note: Doors open at 9.45am for registration and the event will start at 10am.
