• How do I access the offers?
  If you’re an FSB member, you’ll need to log in to your member dashboard to view the offers on the day. You can find this at the top right of the website.
• I’m having trouble logging in, what do I do?
  If you’ve forgotten your password, don’t worry, you can easily reset it here. Our friendly customer services team are also on hand to help you if you’re still unable to log in.
• When will the offers be available?
  Offers will unlock at 00:01am on 13 September 2024, and they’ll only be available until 23:59pm on 15 September 2024, so keep an eye out!
• What if I’m not an FSB member?
  These offers are exclusive for FSB members. Join FSB today.

The promoter of the FSB Day prize draw is: National Federation of Self-Employed and Small Businesses Limited, Sir Frank Whittle Way, Blackpool Business Park, Blackpool FY4 2FE (“FSB”).  

Information on how to enter and prizes are contained in these Terms and Conditions.  If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you should not enter into this prize draw. 

This FSB Day prize draw is sponsored by HSBC Global Services (UK) Limited.

Entry into the FSB Day prize draw is open to all fully paid-up FSB members from 13th to 15th September 2024 (the “Promotional Period”). 

Entry to the FSB Day ‘Log In to Win’ prize draw is made by logging into the FSB member dashboard between 12:00am on 13th September 2024 and 11:59pm BST on 15th September 2024 only. One lucky FSB member will be picked at random to win £5,000 for their business. The winner will be revealed before 5:00pm Monday 16th September  2024.

In the event of any dispute, the FSB’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

FSB reserves the right to cancel the free prize draw at any stage, if deemed necessary in our opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of our control. We shall not be liable if therefore, as an entrant, if you suffer any loss or damage by entering the prize draw. 

FSB reserves the right to amend these rules at any time and our decision on all matters relating to the prize draw is final. 

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no alternatives will be offered.

The winner is advised to check and is responsible for identifying and settling any tax liabilities for which they may become liable as a result of accepting the prize.

Any personal data provided to enter the prize draw will be retained no longer than is necessary to fulfil our obligations in conducting the prize draw in accordance with ASA guidelines.
