Wiltshire Council is tendering all of its planned maintenance contracts, lasting 5-10 years for its stock of 5,300 houses, flats, and sheltered accommodation schemes located across Wiltshire.
This is an exciting opportunity for all types of property maintenance providers, large and small.
Providers can apply for any number of the contracts on offer, which will be for an initial 5-year period starting 1 October 2023, with the potential for extending for up to 5 further years.
There are 8 individual contracts on offer. These are:
1. Heating & Hot Water
2. Mechanical & Electrical Services
3. Kitchen & Bathroom Replacement & Refurbishment
4. Disabled Adaptions Works
5. Roofing Works
6. Windows & External Doors Replacement
7. External Property Care
8. Insulation
