On Tuesday 4 July we held our regular in-person networking event, aimed at Burton and Derby business owners. These events take place on the first Tuesday of every month at the wonderful, independent Been Coffee in Willington.
For the July event we treated to a session by our guest speaker, David Howell from Able and Rush (People Solutions) Ltd, who provided us with an insight into complexity of mental well-being and innate talent. David demonstrated how he utilises groundbreaking holistic psychometrics to bring out the very best in people, aiding their development and building those critical relationships whilst helping people make sense of the circumstances they find themselves in. Utilising a small set of Lego each, we were tasked with building a duck – don’t ask! 😊
We were joined by just under 30 business owners from the local area, the atmosphere was really relaxed and great connections were made!
