Speaking of the appointment, Ben Cottam, Head of Wales at FSB stated “this is a crucial time for Welsh smaller businesses and for our economy as we look to future recovery and growth. As a leading organisation informing that growth, it is important that FSB’s voice is as strong as ever. That is why I’m delighted to welcome Fflur to the FSB Wales team. She joins not only our talented team of staff but also our committed and passionate member volunteers in helping develop FSB’s impact across Wales. Fflur’s background and experience will be an invaluable asset to our work.”

“With new leadership within Welsh Government and with a UK general election now on the horizon, it is vital that decision makers hear and understand the needs of Welsh smaller businesses. In her new role, Fflur will play an important part of articulating that voice for FSB.”
