Pendle in-person networking 

Join Pendle Connects for a morning of networking, speakers, pastries, and refreshments, on Wednesday 6 March 8am to 10am. Pendle businesses are invited to hear from guest speakers, including, Keith McMurtrie of Tharstern, Paul Hartley of In-Situ, Jonathan Frank of Tax Assist, and a representative from Pendle Council. Accessibility and Sustainability in Tourism

This workshop will offer insight on accessibility issues and policy and best practice in sustainability for tourism businesses, delivered by Lancaster University Management School, on Wednesday 6 March 1pm to 7pm. Accessibility and sustainability are rising on the agenda, particularly in consumer facing businesses. FSB Women in Business - Lancashire & Cumbria

Our focus is on inspiring women and highlighting the achievements of positive female role models. Let's shine a spotlight on the incredible stories and accomplishments of women who serve as powerful examples for others. We bring you our next in-person event on Thursday 7 March 12pm to 2:30pm, at Lancaster Castle. Professor Lola Dada, Head of Department, Management School, Lancaster University, will be presenting on how leadership can be developed amongst women in business. Blackpool Growth Business Academy brings you an introduction to tender bid writing, for start-ups and scale-up businesses looking at winnong public sector or large organisation contracts. StayBlackpool Trade Show brings together accomodation and tourism businesses on Tuesday 19 March 10am to 4pm. Plenty of exhibitors, from food, drink, technology, innovation, advice and more. North West Apprenticeship & Careers Expo 2024

Shout Connect invite you to join them on Wednesday 20 March 12pm to 7pm in Preston. Business can exhibit at the Expo; with over 1500 visitors at the 2023 event; you will have the opportunity to engage with potential apprentices and new additions for your team. Digital Marketing Masterclass

Boost, Lancashire's Business Growth Hub as part of their Flying Start service; for businesses trading for less than three years; brings a Masterclass on Wednesday 20 March 2pm to 4pm in Fylde. This is available to businesses within the following local authorities: Blackburn with Darwen Council, Burnley Council, Chorley Council, Fylde Council, Hyndburn Borough Council, Pendle Borough Council, Preston City Council, South Ribble Borough Council, West Lancashire Borough Council and Wyre Council. Lancashire Business Expo 2024

The Expo is held on Friday 22 March 9am to 3pm in Preston. You can meet the local FSB team in-person as we will be there networking with small business owners like you. What's your story Chorley?

The well-known annual festival of words returns on Saturday 23 March 11am to 4pm to Chorley town centre. The event will host activities, adult and children's authors, speakers, poets, and musicians. FSB Virtual Networking

New for 2024, FSB Members will guest host. Net Zero workshop

Destination Net Zero returns for a second edition, a free workshop deliving into sustainability and carbon neutrality. Held on Thursday 28 March 9am to 12pm in Accrington.
