Maggie O’Carroll is the CEO of The Women’s Organisation based in Liverpool. Having started her entrepreneurial journey in the United States, Maggie launched the business in 1996 to train, support and inspire women. They work across businesses and communities to represent women’s interests. Maggie has led the overall strategic development of the charity and social enterprise, which now operates internationally.
