From making ales on the kitchen table to running an award-winning small producer supporting local jobs, David shares the story of his brewery business Moon Gazer Ales in rural north Norfolk.

David and Rachel Holliday are the owners of Moon Gazer Ales at The Norfolk Brewhouse, which they started in 2012. They brew award-winning ales and lagers in the heart of north Norfolk. Now a team of seven people, the business brews a wide range of craft ales and lagers in the Moon Gazer range, all named after the wild brown hare found in the fields around the brewery.
