The programme will work with 100 schools and support 3000 students years 7 & 8 across Devon, Plymouth, Somerset and Torbay. The aim of the programme is to highlight the benefits of digital qualifications to support future career aims.
The programme is looking to work with local employers who work in digital. By showcasing local employers and the opportunities, that align with the KS3 Computer Curriculum, so that students cannot only see the benefits of taking GCSE Computer Science but the potential future local career opportunities.
