Inspiring talks, workshops, comedy, theatre, food, music and so much more .... An event with a mini festival vibe, plenty of pride and a focus on creating more diverse and inclusive workplaces to support recruitment and retention.
Plus, exhibitors from local communities and the opportunity to have those informal conversations that can sometimes offer a tiny catalyst leading to positive changes which have a big impact. And discover further training and development opportunities through organisations attending including Truro and Penwith College.’
